Disability Services

Missing Link provides services to persons with developmental disabilities (PDD) who are supported by Alberta Human Services – Disability Services. Services are delivered according to a PDD Outcome Plan, developed by Disability Services staff, and an individualized service plan, developed by Missing Link staff along with the person served and that person’s support team.

• Community living supports to assist people in their own homes – for example, meal planning and housekeeping.
• Community access supports to help people participate in their communities – for example, volunteering and participating in recreational activities.
